I found the hotel to be quite comfortable with clean rooms, though on the smaller side. The bathroom was nice, and despite lacking a view, the stay was very cozy. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the staff seemed slightly overwhelmed at times. The location was convenient, within walking distance to various attractions, but nonsmokers might find it less welcoming due to smoking areas. The dining options were good, although there were instances of limited food availability. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were not only very clean and decent but also came with extra touches like lip balm and sunglasses. Plus, the view of the Matterhorn from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I found it so comfortable, especially with the fluffy pillows provided. However, the service seemed a bit overwhelmed, with minimal staff to handle a full restaurant after the champagne reception.
